What to do if Your Staley Debit or Credit Card is Lost or Stolen
Freeze It
If you misplace your card or notice questionable activity, immediately freeze the card using Staley Card Central within the Staley Mobile app. Simply sign into your account using Staley Mobile, click the Cards link, then toggle the card to OFF. If you find your card, just toggle the card back to ON - it's that easy!
Cancel It
If you can't find your VISA Credit Card or Debit Card or notice unauthorized charges, call 800-223-8356 to report it lost or stolen. This will immediately cancel the card and begin the process for issuance of a new one.
