Staley CU 24/7 Fraud Monitoring

At Staley Credit Union, protecting our members' funds is one of our highest priorities. Our fraud detection system works around-the-clock to proactively identify potential threats and periodically halts the processing of suspicious transactions on your Staley VISA Credit or Debit Card until we contact you.

With our new Fraud Text Alerts, we may contact you via text message to confirm any questionable transaction. Additionally, Fraud Services may reach out to you from one of these phone numbers:

  • 877-253-8964
  • 877-253-8962
  • 800-279-2674
  • Fraud Monitoring is provided to you at no cost
  • SCU monitors normal activity patterns and is able to quickly identify any unusual spending patterns
  • Ensure your phone number-especially your mobile phone number- is up to date with SCU should we need to confirm a transaction
  • Notify us if you are traveling out of the country to prevent a disruption of service
  • Add the above phone numbers to your contact list so you don't miss an important call
  • All texts will originate from the short code 37268
