Branch Manager – Loudon, TN

Staley Credit Union offers a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to manage a single-person credit union branch in Loudon, TN. This branch is located on the grounds of the Tate & Lyle plant on Blair Bend Road at the employee entrance to the plant. This position is full time and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include: The branch manager will interact daily with the members and potential members of Staley Credit Union to promote the credit union’s products and services. Relationships with the members are critical to help identify the financial needs of each individual. Excellent initial and ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate. This is a long-term, stable position for the individual who is able to work and thrive without direct supervision. Position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Qualifications include: Excellent computer and phone skills are critical. Two to five years of similar or related experience is desired. Qualified candidates will be able to operate and balance a cash drawer and vault, accept and underwrite loan applications and monitor an ATM located inside the Tate & Lyle plant. Adherence with established credit union policies and procedures is mandatory.

Part-time Member Contact Center Representative

Staley Credit Union has a current opening for a part-time Tele Serve Representative to work flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities include: Assist members in a call center environment and potential members with financial transactions, become knowledgeable and answer questions about products and services, assist members with complex financial problems, identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to members, and assist with preparing departmental reports.

Qualifications include: Prefer six months customer service experience, phone operator or help desk experience is helpful, high school diploma or equivalent, proficient in basic computer and math skills. Spanish speaking skills a plus, but not required.
