• Continuous insurance coverage with no lapses
• Staley Credit Union named as the lien holder, mortgagee, or loss payee
• Policy deductible not greater than $1000 or 1% for mortgage loans
• Coverage limit not less than your loan balance or replacement cost coverage for mortgage loans
• Comprehensive and collision coverage (or physical damage) with deductibles not greater than $500 for vehicle loans
• No excluded drivers for vehicle loans
